Before you apply

Before starting an application, please make sure you have recent bank statements and evidence that provides details of any rent arrears you currently have.

Applicants must currently receive the Universal Credit Housing Element or Housing Benefit to apply for Housing Payment. If you do have rent arrears but do not claim one of these benefits, please call 01225 477277, option 2.
